| Domestic Payment Terms
All domestic orders must be prepaid in U.S. dollars, and made payable to Little Star Enterprises, Inc. Sorry, no C.O.D.'s or Personal Checks. Your payment
options include Cashier's Check, Money Order, Credit
Card or Cash. We do not recommended sending cash through the mail.
Sales Tax
Any order shipped within the state of Florida is subject to sales tax
(7%) unless purchased for resale or as a tax-exempt transaction. Little Star Enterprises, Inc. must have on file a valid Florida State resale or tax-exempt
certificate to qualify for an exemption.
Credit Card Orders Credit
Cards may not be accepted for payment on some orders. All
Credit Card orders must be shipped to cardholder's billing address or an alternative address that is listed with the Credit Card issueing bank & require
a signature upon delivery. For security reasons, all billing information will be verified with the
cardholder's issuing bank. Credit card transactions will appear
on your credit card statement as a transaction from Little Star Enterprises,
Inc.
Delivery Turnaround
All orders are generally processed within 2 business days. In stock items generally
ship within 2 business days after an order has been processed. Special Order items generally ship within 1 to 3 weeks after order is processed. In the event
an item is out of stock you will be notified within 2 business days with a scheduled
ship date. Domestic shipments are generally delivered in 3 to 7 business
days after order ships. Please
feel free to e-mail Little Star Enterprises, Inc. to check the availability of any item prior
to placing your order.
Shipping Most
shipments are made from Nokomis, FL 34275. We ship with
UPS and USPS. Shipments made to destinations within the
USA are generally shipped via UPS. Shipments made to APO or PO Boxes will ship via USPS. Our base shipping & handling rate is $9.95
for all orders under $25.00. For orders over $25 freight

Return Policy Due
to the nature of our products, some items may be used once and no longer
needed, therefore all sales are final. Absolutely, NO Returns
on any custom built or special ordered items, including but not limited
to; items marked with an *, armor, sale items, Books and/or Videos.
Little Star Enterprises, Inc. is not responsible for lost or damaged items once shipped. All orders are insured for the full value of purchase, however the buyer is responsible to make any claims with the delivering carrier. All claims for damage/pilferage must be filed with delivering carrier within 15 days of receipt. Little Star Enterprises, Inc. cannot file this for you. Save all boxes & packing material! No merchandise will be accepted for return without first obtaining a return authorization number (RA #). All items must be returned complete with original packaging, original sales receipt and with all original parts/documentation; any missing parts will be deducted from amount credited. Incomplete returns will incur a 20% manufacturer/refurbishing fee. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and double boxed with the R.A. number clearly displayed on the exterior of the package. Returns must be received within 7 business days from issued RA date. Defective Merchandise / Miss Shipment
Defective merchandise may be returned for replacement of same item only.
It is the buyer's responsibility to return any defective merchandise to be repaired or replaced. Miss shipped items will be collected by UPS via a call tag.
Non-defective products may be returned at Little Star Enterprises discretion and will be credited at the current
Little Star Enterprise's selling price, or orginal purchase price less a 10% restocking fee.
All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and double boxed with the R.A. number displayed clearly on the
exterior of the package.
We strongly recommend insuring your shipment for the full value of purchase.
Little Star Enterprises, Inc. is not responsible for returned merchandise that is lost or damaged
in transit.
Repaired or replaced merchandise will generally be
returned via USPS Standard Mail or UPS Ground.
Sales of closeout and sale items are final including refurbished or scratch and dent items being sold and bought as is. These items will be clearly marked.
Expedited shipping methods are available for product returns,
however the buyer will be responsible for paying for the extra shipping
charges.
A replacement item will not be issued until Little Star Enterprises has received and examined the returned merchandise.
Items showing installer or consumer abuse will not be accepted.
All claims for damage/pilferage must be filed with delivering carrier within 15 days of receipt. Little Star Enterprises cannot file this for you. Save all boxes & packing material!
Allow 7-10 business days for processing returns.
Cancellation Policy
All items ordered online are generally processed within 2 business days after receipt of order.
Orders cancelled after they are processed will be subject to a 5%
service charge. A 10% restocking fee will be imposed on any
order cancelled after it has been processed and shipped. Orders that are not subject
to cancellation are custom designed merchandise, special ordered items including but not limited to items marked with an *, armor, books and videos.
Miscellaneous
There are absolutely NO sales to minors, buyer must be 18 years of age or older.
By placing an order, the buyer states that he/she is of legal age and is purchasing
item(s) that are in accordance with Federal, State and Local laws.
Buyer also states that he/she are using the items in a lawful manner.
Little Star Enterprises, Inc. assumes no liability associated with product
usage or missusage. The Buyer is liable and responsible for any loss, damage or
expenses of any kind arising out of the use and/or misuse of these products.
Use and misuese of Martial Arts weapons may involve serious risks, inluding injury, disability,
and possibly death. Weapons are sold only for training under expert supervision, for demonstartion of forms,
collection and/or display. Inspect weapons before each use to ensure they are in proper condition.
Do not use weapons for sparring or contact.
Although we try to assure accuracy, Little Star Enterprises, Inc. cannot be responsible for typographic errors on this website. By placing an order, the Buyer signifies agreement to these Terms & Conditions. |
